1 - Really bad dial font
2 - No Magnification on Date
3 - Wrong date font
4 - No Serial # on bottom lugs area
5 - From the decay it looks like it's not even constructed of stainless steel
6 - Terrible replicated bracelet

Magnification looks wrong. I think the back looks wrong and the watch has been beat up.

The sale is from West Branch, Michigan which is a couple of hours South of me. There are a bunch of Stump Jumpin Jack Pines that live there.

Even 1 bid for $39 is too much for this one

I live in Harbor Springs, Michigan on a little lake less than a mile away from Lake Michigan. The UP is about 35 miles North of me.

Fairly nice place. You ought to pop up to Petoskey/Harbor Springs area if you have not been there before. We get a lot of Chicago people that Summer up here. A lot of old, old money that built Summer Cottages up here. There idea of a Summer Cottage is 5,000 - 10,000 sq. ft.

Truly decadent. Let me know if you'd like to see our area.

Steve:

Michigan is broken up in to the Upper Peninsula and Lower Michigan. It is separated by Lake Michigan which then turns in to Lake Huron. There is a bridge that separates the two parts of the State called the Mackinac Bridge which is now 50 years old. The Great Lake that is bordered by the UP is Lake Superior. In the lower part of Michigan we have Lake Erie. Please see the following link on how Michigan is bordering on 4 of the 5 Great Lakes:

http://www.great-lakes.net/lakes/ I live in the little inlet in the far northern part of Lower Michigan on the Western side. That inlet is called Little Traverse Bay.

Please see the following link about the Mackinac Bridge:

http://www.mackinacbridge.org/photo-gallery-10/

It is widely believed by people in the UP that the people in Lower Michigan are Trolls and the bridge screwed everything up by allowing the Trolls to cross in to the UP. So there you have it. Now you know about the UP.

Terry Newton
and it is widely believed in the LP that wisconsin turned down the UP, so michigan had to take it.

So that's why we got stuck with them thar people. I always thought I'd run in to Euell Gibbons there someday advertising how to eat a pine tree.

Many parts are edible! We affectionately call them Yoopers Stump Jumpin Jack Pines.

Mark: You sound like you know a lot about the area.

I stand about 5' 10" which is pretty tall for a Troll.
