I was just wondering if anyone knows a place in UAE or possibly in the middle east where i can get my submariner sprayed since i am not willing to send it any further?

You can probably find them in the grey dealers or on dubizzle. I do not know anyone that performs the spraying in the UAE.

Check Blaken.com . They do DLC which seems to be patented by them and from map on their website it looks like they have an office in Middle East. Personally never tried them.
