Tudor North Flag... Comments?

Just saw this on the official site looking for info on the heritage ranger (which I did not find).

I sort of like it, but some details I don't like.

Let's hear your comments....

Looks amateurish to me, but hey it's a Tudor.

It just does not do it for me. The power reserve and the hour hand ruin it. Love the idea of it though, just the excution could be a bit better.

I tried one on at a Tudor event here in Los Angeles. It's a great looking watch. I like it on the black leather strap with yellow stitching.

Not a huge fan, but I never am when Tudor watches first appear..takes a while to get into them. Looks like the old Ranger II, and I somehow wish they had called it that, to go with the Ranger. Tudor is leaving off the Cyclops now apparently to distance the brand from Rolex, and the first thing I would do is put one on there, assuming the crystal is not domed.

Borrowed internet pic....

I much prefer the older style Tudors before the relaunch. No question about it.

They messed up the lugs imo. Limiting the number of strap options is a bad play
For their target market... Myself included.

Agree. They have done this with a few of their pieces.

It's ok, just ok. Like the direction they're going with the in-house movement etc... Tudor looks great on paper but missing a few notes (looks, feel..) in real time IMHO.

Wow, differences make good horse races. I love the OQ style lugs; that is perhaps my favorite part of the watch. Not as fond about the yellow but still like it a lot.

I'll reserve judgement until I get to handle one. Tudors are, to me, usually MUCH nicer up close and personal rhan in pics.

tough to warm up to this one....proprietary lugs & Timex-style dial are two big strikes against it.

As much as I like them as a brand I think the power reserve really kind of screwed up the dial.

I like it. Funny to have a clear base back with that movement, but all good.

I've not seen a single Tudor that I would want to buy and this, I'm afraid, is no exception. There's nothing wrong with any of them, just not my bag.

I like it, comes with new in house movement.. but somehow now looking at subjust's pic above the yellow on the power reserve unbalances the dial a bit needed to be less yellow IMHO

I like it, but probably not enough to go out and buy one...the Ranger is more my style. Hopefully this watch will get updated with an in-house movement too.
