Feedback question

Last week I sold my GMT to a new member, ARL002. He has not made any posts, nor is he a Pledge Member.

I left him positive feedback on the "Who's Who" page, but he is unable to do the same for me. I'm assuming that's because of his status on rolexforums. Right?

I was hoping for the feedback on the GMT, because next I'm going to sell my 1016 Explorer. I feel positive feedback on me would give a prospective buyer more confidence when dealing with me.

How can ARL002 leave the feedback for me.

He doesn't have to make one for you. This is not something that is mandatory for him to do. I would ask him nicely to make one. If he doesn't, then move on. Harassing him won't make him write one any faster.

From what I understood he is not trying to force anyone, he is just saying that the buyer is not able to post feedback.

I am guessing that as this is a new user, his post is waiting for moderator approval.

There is no issue with him wanting to post. He's happy with the watch and wants to give me positive feedback, but is unable to do so.

We are both wondering why.

He is a new member, and his post are needing to be vetted before being posted to the boards. When he posted, a pop up message would have stated to the effect of "your post is awaiting moderator approval"!
Nothing sinister or odd....

His post has now been accepted, and is posted.

Thank you.

Sorry for not posting in the correct place. I'm rather new here too.
