Guess my new Rolex

Hi everyone, I haven't been posting because I'm on European 50th birthday trip. I got a new Rolex in my birthplace of Salzberg, Austria.

Guess what it is?

Bo, do you think Lisa would get a Lady DJ? She likes bigger watches.

I want to guess again: A Day-Date?

You're right, Lisa!

Well, I have to guess again then.

Now that's a great way to spend your birthday, Lisa. Here's my totally wild guess: A green Milgauss.

To be different I'll suggest a white dial Milgauss but I really have no idea except as stated, I think it will be at least 36mm. Congrats on whatever you got

I'm with you Steve. She sold her Explorer. I'm not sure if her Exp II sold but it was/is a white dial. I think a guess of a white face Milly would be right on target

You guessed it Steve! Very good. I will send you a prize when I am home.
I passed it in a closed shop window with it on Sunday (yes, in Salzburg they leave the watches in the window overnight and when shops are closed, what a safe place) and purchased it yesterday.

I am in Switzerland now at Zurich airport, just passing through on my way to London. I couldn't find any Rolex at the airport.

I have wrist shots but they are still on my camera. Next time I can get online I will post them.

I am sorry spelled Salzburg wrong in my first post, the german keyboards are hard to type on but now I am on my own computer!

Wow congrats on the new Milgauss!! It looks fantastic on you! I always loved the polar dial version too. It is such a striking watch in pictures.

Hope to see one in person and try it on soon. The ADs here say they can never get it in stock or only have a few but sell them before they can be displayed in the showcases.

Oh, and a special Happy Birthday again Lisa!!
