Icon5 Trusted Seller Designation

Quick question from a new member - I see many posts recommending TRF forum "trusted sellers" as a good option for non-AD or pre-owned purchases. Is there some definition or designation of "trusted seller"? I see various posts in the FS forum and some are businesses (e.g. bob's watches), others have multiple posts, and I've seen individual sellers recommended. How does one tell which are "trusted" versus "dangerous" or "unknown"? Thanks.
Andy.

Check out the for sale section here and search for reviews on them. There is no designation. You just have to do your homework. You may want to put a post in the who's who section.

TRF has no special designation for any seller and does not endorse any business just because they are members on the Forum.

We do provide a "buyers and sellers" who's who board where you can research to your hearts content.. It is still an on-line environment so be careful out there kids....

Exactly buy and sell at your own risk. That said guys like davidsw ponycar350 and f4nzf are stellar based on history.

Recognize that even well meaning sellers can have things go wrong. You can save money but their are risks.

Check out Takuya, I have personally done several deals with him and he always goes above and beyond...many buy from him because of the way he treats people and how professional he is. I highly recommend him, I have total confidence in him.
