I have also requested that the watch not be removed from the Rolex coffin, and I expect the proper display box with the sleeve. I have made many purchases from Sam and he knows how anal I am  .BTW, I live in Kelowna, but have a second residence in downtown Vancouver so I visit the watch stores frequently. Grail achieved...
Finally attained mine today; the 18K yellow gold Rolex Yacht Master with MOP and ruby dial. The bookends are Breitling Chronomat Evolutions in SS with MOP dial and diamond bezel, and TT with blue face and gold subdials.
