Need your help - GMT BLNR and Jubilee bracelet

I was hoping to get your advice on how I can obtain an authentic Rolex jubilee bracelet that would fit a GMT 116710. Does one exist specifically for this piece (my research suggests not), or would one have to custom tailor another model's jubilee bracelet to fit this piece? Is there a super jubilee that would fit this piece, or would one be relegated to using an older jubilee bracelet? The last thing I'd like to do is force a jubilee bracelet that's not meant for this piece, but I'm not really sure what my options are. I've seen images online of some BLNRs retrofitted with a jubilee band, and they look great, but wondering how these wear / look on closer inspection?

Shoot Loevhagen a PM. I'm sure he can answer this question for you. I see him posting pics on IG with the BLNR on his Jubilee bracelet all the time.

From my understanding, both new and old bracelets will fit.

The older version or non super jubilee is the 62510H bracelet with the 502T end links. You will also need the 2.0mm spring bars to attach the bracelet to the watch.

The newer version or the super jubilee is either the 63200 or 63600. No end link is needed since it is built into the watch. However, you will 1.8mm spring bars for these bracelets.

Hope this helps.

As said above.

Please note that the 62510H should be stamped "50" to make sure your 2.0mm spring bars on your BLNR fits.

The only way to get a 62510H from your AD, is if you have a GMT already in your possession that actually was delivered with a 62510H "50". An AD need to inform about your GMT-watch s/n in order to order it from Rolex. Saying "I have a BLNR and want to buy a 62510H for it", won't work...

An alternative is to buy the bracelet via a WTB on this forum.

The early Jubilee for GMT's will fit.

Any "super Jubilee" is made for the DJ and is a mismatch. If you do not mind using a DJ spring bar which is not an exact fit in the lug holes, and a contour match against the case (36mm vs 40mm) then you are good-to-go.

How you obtain one is up to you.

Indeed. I phoned Rolex St James's London saying exactly that. The service technician very politely declined. Not a chance.

Interesting, I'm also in the UK, and spoke to RSC earlier in the year; admittedly my line of enquiry pertained to a jubilee for my 16710. They gave me the part number, and I put in an order at my local AD. I didn't have to supply serial number or prove ownership to either party.

Hi, was this for the 62510h and what did they quote you?

Cheers

What does everyone think about getting an aftermarket super jubilee from ebay? Really love the Batman with jubilee bracelet.

Will there be much issues with it?

That would be like buying a Bentley and putting wheels and tires from Wal Mart on it.

If you’re gonna do it, buy the Rolex jubilee at least.

A jubilee does not exist specifically for this model but a super jubilee will fit and it looks great, just have to use spring bars from the jubilee, I have a GMT IIc and super jubilee done it many times myself, best place to get one is right here on the forum, keep looking they come up from time to time

Jubilee is made for both a GMT and a GMT II

The SJ 63600 will fit it. The SELs are slightly recessed but a non issue.

Does the super jubilee 63600 have an appreciable change in contour? As mentioned above...the DJ is 36 vs gmt 40. Will it end up damaging the case in the long run?

62510H "50" bracelet with 502T endlinks as per Loevhagen's advice. Perfect fit and looks great.

The super jubilee will fit quite nice, it's solid and has a concealed clasp.

This turned out to be impossible and I ended up finding one for sale in Austria and imported it to us. Both bracelets, PCL oyster band is on the safe, never worn/sized.

I have pictures posted recently in my watch of the day post. Its hot. Maybe a dozen globally? More like probably 5.
