I will get to see this watch sometime today. It does not come with bracelet or papers. I deduce by marks on the rotor that it has been hitting case back. Is u$5400 fair for this condition. I appreciate your comments.

Well, it looks as if the hour and seconds hands have been lacquered. The watch also shows evidence of water intrusion, hence the spots on the rotor.

Thank you for your comment. Saw it in person. Did not quite like it. Hands were lacquered indeed. Dial was not quite black but was full of microscpic white points and sides were rounded from polish. The hunt goes on!

hands possibly relumed and the lume has been mixed with the wrong binder
