50th Anniversary Daytonas

Is the 50th anniversary Daytona still being produced? If so, is there a difference between current production and the versions produced in 2013?

I have heard that the word "Daytona" is black on the 2013 models and red on current production versions. Is this true?

I appreciate any insight!

Not sure where you heard this but not true. There is no true 50th Anniversary Daytona other than the platinum which was released on 50th Anniversary and the word Daytona is in red not black.

Exactly, the platinum model is the one I'm referring to. So the word Daytona is always in red?

They're all red. We can stop searching for a black one.

Got this in 2013 when it came out and it hasn't been changed since, however in latter years several diamond dials have been introduced....
