Which UK AD for discount?

Hi

I am looking for an introduction to an AD preferably in South of England.

I am looking for a PM sub asap and looking to achieve a discount of around 20% off the RRP.

Is this possible?

Fraser hart will do 15% on PM pieces haven't seen them go past that so I'd say your best bet would be approaching some independent AD's

is there a reason you want to buy in the uk?

i would seriously recommend buying from a european AD... the weak euro means you will be saving a significant amount before discount is even applied and there is no worry about customs because the tax is already paid if you buy in an EU country

you could probably do it in a day if you wanted to, or go for a night or 2 and get a free break

I think it will be the same thing, it's usually "not what you know, it's who you know". Similarly, I would not know which AD to approach?

You can do a lot better than 20% in Germany or Holland

Outside London 20% off is possible, inside you need to have a relationship.

The biggest problem I find is that most AD's are now refusing to talk "prices" on the phone other than telling you the RRP.

I had one sale cancelled, on the day of the collection, local AD called me to cancel the order. I am not sure where to look.

What specific watch are you after? The watch itself will determine the discount available.

Their RRP is incorrect. I find difficult to trust if they can change the RRP just to suit their agenda and fool the buyer into thinking that the discount is greater.

And the price is not too bad, they have recently increased it to cash-in the Christmas rush.

I've been told that 20% (around the Iconic) is achievable at an AD, so would prefer to buy from an AD.

Today as it happens is my last free day, so need to finalise today if possible.
