Advise on next Rolex

Hi all,

I am in the market for my next rolex purchase but hesitating between different models that are on the wishlist.

My current collection:
- GMT 16710 pepsi
- Explorer 16570 polar
- GMT 116710LN
- Submariner 114060
- Omega speedmaster prof.
- IWC Mark XVI Spitfire
- Nomos Orion

I would like to add a black 216570 or two line 14060M to the collection.
Very different watches but still difficult choice

Any opinion or even other suggestions are more than welcome!

Seems you have the "Sports" Rolex covered. Have you considered a more dressy piece like a YM or perhaps a DD?

I would go : sport / dress (Datejust, Explorer 39, OP39) or PM

DD40 would be my move.

216570 would be a nice addition.

I'd go gold (shocking I know) or a DJ.

DD40 is a good idea to diversify the collection a bit.

Great collection. I'd add the 42 black explorer 2.

i think the case 14060M and 16710 are very similar. The looks not so different. better 5513 with Plexi.

The 39mm EX is a great understanding Watch. look for this in real - not on pics. The beauty is allways in the real.

Gold is nice, but there are many Euros between.

The new EX2 looks good, but you have many watches with GMT and the old EX2. I had my 42mm EX2 sold last 2 month ago. And was buyed the 39mm EX. I love the new EX - reduce to the max. very very nice.

None of the above, too much duplication.

Honestly I would get a silver stick dial 116234 on a jubilee! Great classic watch to round out your collection

buy something you think you will wear

never understood balancing out a collection for the sake of it looking balanced in the box

for example if you would give a white and black dial version of the same reference wrist time, the fact they are the same watch shouldn't be a reason to not have both

Either a DJ36, DD40 or OP39 would be my preference to balance out that collection. Between those 2 you mentioned though, I'd go with the 2-liner.

Love the 216570 if you like the case size. It wears bigger than most 42mm watches IMO
