Really hard to tell by pictures alone but the watch is highly doubtful for the reason that it has a Hallmark (18k) in one of its lugs.

I couldn't see the hallmark initially but I can see it now. It shouldn't have a hallmark anyway but the one it does have is more like an engraving than a stamped mark. No good.

Fake guys 18k hallmark top left rear view
Also there is a cutout by the crown rear view like a bad machine job Its a fake

my missus has the same watch.. i just compared a photo of her version versus yours. quite a number of notable differences... compared to the real one. real dead giveaways which i wont list on here... but definitely fake
