Icon6 I Change My Mind...So For Milgauss, Which One More Stunning? Black or White?

Hi, I change my mind. I cancel to buy BLUESY (for now...) and already ordered Milgauss!!!
What can I say... All because of TOPH!!! His Milgauss pics really influence me!!!
My AD told me, that they want to order Milgauss. White and black dial. And he said to me, I can choose one between 'em. The price is around USD6,250.-not bad huh? So I'm thinking to cancel to buy a BLUESY this year, and change it with Milgauss.
The problem is which one more good? White or Black dial? Me, I more love white dial (DAMN you TOPH!!!), but the black in Asia more popular than white. And the 2nd value more good if someday I wanna sell it. But I'm not planning to sell it, so...
Please really your participation here. Vote the pool, white or black. Thanks Guys!!!

Best Regards, TR.

What about the GV?
Anyway, if you like white, go for that, it is basically personal choice. The white dial with the orange works really well.
I personally are a black dial kind of guy, so if it was me I would get the black dial.
My No. 1 choice would however be the GV (black dial).

Yes, of course GV is my favorite, Steve. But the price is really really HIGH!!! My AD sell it for about USD 16,305.-.
What A Crazy price!!!

Yes, but in here Milgauss is very hard to get.
And the price is very OK I think.
And I'm planning to buy Bluesy later. Maybe early next year.

What about you poor old brother?
The price is very similar to what you would pay in UK from an AD - the GV is a bit more expensive by a couple of hundred pounds. How come your AD can get away with that price for an GV , an AD in England would not be allowed to do that. Seems Rolex operate different rules in different countries.

Don't worry about resale value buy the one you want otherwise you will only regret it later. At least you can try both on in AD and make up your mind. Although knowing you, you will be after something else by the time they come in

here is some pics of mine just for you!
People must be getting bored of me!
I love it though- TR you will not regret it. The white milgauss is just beautiful and it is so different from most other rolexes!! It has all the orange markers that the other 2 do not, which i also love!

I own the milgauss white and a bluesy. You can't go wrong with either!

I say if you had to choose 1 watch, I would pick the Bluesy. I love it.

TR, I have to vote white. I think that it adds a nice change to a mainly black dialed world, it's nice to mix it up.

I think the white has the most striking dial.

The others are just another black faced sport model.....

Wow, I'm glad I found a white one.

As was said earlier, I think most Rolex owners, and watch collectors in general don't lack for a black dialed watch. The white Millie is a nice change.

I find it easy to read. WT gave the Millie a nice review in the current issue, but did criticize the reflective crystal. I have to think that must be an issue in the black tested model. When clean, my crystal disappears at all angles and light conditions.

I've tried both, and I would choose white. I found it to be more lively than the black.

White Milgauss

I own a White Milgauss and would say it has the most stunning dial. I've also owned a Blue Sub. Although I loved the blue sub, the white Milgauss is total class! The case and white dial gives it a sporty and dressy feel - beautiful watch!

I'm having a similar debate myself...I don't currently own a Rolex, so diversifying into white isn't really a factor. I voted for the white dial anyway since that's my current leaning ...now I just have to find a LNIB white for myself

As far as the black dial demanding a higher resale than a white dial...that's just the market right now and it seems that recently the two are starting to diverge towards a similar price point...so by the time you sell, I doubt there'd be much difference in price (excluding, of course, the GV).

Jimbo Bobimbo has voted blanco.

That white is so crisp and fresh looking.

TR buddy, you are gonna have to start leaving Rolex watches for the rest of us.

I voted for BLUESY!!!

While the same watch did bring me a lot of rotten luck, I still consider it one of the most gorgeous TT watches out there!!
