Newbie need advice!

Im very new to PP, Im considering trading my YM 116655 and BLNR for the 5726.Would that be a wise decision? What are your opinion of the 5726? What would be a fair price for one? I found one brand new for 32800. Thanks in advance guys.

Yes I would give up those to for a 5726 as long as it is on a bracelet. If not you should keep the BLNR.

Saying that you ideally have to have a rolex in the collection for days that a 5726 isn't a good idea.

Unfortunately, the dealer only has the strap version. Is that not a great idea?

2 years ago I got a sealed strap one for 27.000 euros, back then the euro was stronger, just look on chrono 24 and get the best deal, but if I can give you advice get the bracelet version, the bracelet is 40% on a Nautilus IMO, I know the premium is big but worth it, really, I had both and you can't even compare...

And yes the 5726 is great complications wise, AC and moon phase is really cool, but it's only my third favorite, after 5712 and 5711, the blue dials are really awesome, in any case if you really want it just get it on bracelet, not strap

I would trade for a Nautilus but I do prefer the other 2 models to the 5726.

Are you referring to the 5711? Or the 5712 and 5980?
I've been on the waiting list for a Blue 5711 from the boutique for years. I had given up lol!!

I meant the 5711 and 12, I didn't think you were looking at a chrono. I'm sure you can get one from a trusted seller here.

As others have mentioned, I would recommend paying a little more for the bracelet version. The 5726 combines a Nautilus with an annual calendar, which is a nice complication.

5726 on strap is a nice watch but it may leave a void as the two Rolex were capable of being worn under any circumstance.

I wouldn't do it.

As mentioned a watch like a 5711 nautilus would be a more versatile option.

Thanks guys! bracelet it is!! I'm actually in luck, my friend has one and he's letting it go for about 33000 USD. So if all goes well, I could pick up the watch from him when I move back to BKK next month

33 is a good price if new or like new, normal if mint, good choice not getting the strap version

5726 on a bracelet in the grey dial is a stunner...

Great Nautilus and AC to boot!

Trade away!

If I were you I'd wait for the 40th anniversary of Nautilus later this year. Maybe more colours and more styles to choose with the similar price.

For me, the 5726 Grey dial on bracelet is very close to the perfect watch
