Speck on second hand

On my Sub date, if I look closely at the proper angle with the light reflecting just so (with a lupe), I can see the tiniest speck of dust attached to surface of the second hand. This is also noticeable with my naked eye due to the ever-so-slight distortion the light the speck makes when my eye is close and the watch is angled.

Is this normal? Is it acceptable to have tiny issues like this? I've looked at my watch a lot since I bought it last month and I did not notice this. I've never dropped my watch and it has never been in a rough environment.

Should I have this serviced? Or is this within the "tolerance" of acceptable flaws and am I worrying too much?

Thanks.

Not Normal

I had the same thing with my GMT Pepsi.
The AD sent to Rolex and came back perfect.

If it's going to bother you then this should be covered under the watch warranty. There should not be any visible foreign particles on your hands or dial..

Take it in with you concerns and they will take care of it..

Or, maybe you are obsessing and should put your loupe away...
