Original Box for GMT 1675 Year 1978

Hi

I'm looking for the reference of the original box for a gmt 1675 of year 1978.
If someone can help me?

The box pictured is for non sport models. The sport model watches in the USA used this box set but the larger version.

Shoot, my apologies....you are correct. There is variance due to sets being put together at the ad but for the most part, you are right.

I don't know about what ADs did in the day, but the lid will not close properly if the smaller box is used with sport models or the larger cased watches.

Additionally, non USA watches had a different box which is referred to as the "moonscape or moon crater" box.

As Springer above stated, the correct box for a 1675 from 1978 sold in the USA would have been the Bufkor box set.

That would work also - outside the USA, but it really wouldn't matter unless one has the original warranty paper and booklets indicating where it was sold.
