How tight do you like it!!!

Hey guys. I am trying to decide how tight I like to wear my Daytona. I can take out a link and open the extension and the watch fits snug but not to snug. Or I can add a link and close the extension and the watch will ride up and down on my wrist but still isnt to lose. I see most of you guys wear your watches more on the snug side. Any suggestions???

I like to wear watches with a metal bracelet more on the loose side so there's some movement. Any with a leather band, I wear snug.

Me too! I think that when I take off the watch, if there is an imprint of the bracelet on my arm, it's too tight. For some reason, I just think it looks cool to have them a tad loose.

Loose on the wrist, if it's tight, it will stretch the links out quicker.

It really is the opposite. The looser you wear it the faster it will stretch from the weight of the case hanging off your wrist. Wear it so its snug and not loose or tight is your best bet.

Too many jokes...must not fall foul of perverted sense of humour....must allow Joe to make first strike....

On a serious note the general consensus here is that you should be able to put your small finger between the bracelet and wrist on the radius side.

If I can slide a finger in easily then it is just tight enough.

Loose watches drive me crazy! My wife wears her Mavado where it will mover up and down...Mine I like to be just where it won't turn to much on my wrist. I would think they wold get banged up a bit easier if they were loose fitting.

I wear it so that I can slide my index finger comfortably between my wrist and the bracelet.

I can insert the tip of a pinky finger snugly underneath my band. Just tight enough for me - I don't like the sweat feeling from being too tight.

I wear mine a little loose and then open the extension for the hot summer days when your wrist feels fatter.

I like 'em tight, hate when the watch moves around on the wrist a lot, especially bracelets.

There are also 3 micro pin holes to allow additional adjustment..

I wear mine where it is a bit loose when cold, but when I swell over the day it snugs up some but not so much as to be uncomfortable..

I never have to use the "comfort link", but do find that when I drive long distances, I unsnap the clasp and let the watch hang.

I have always voted for tight. That must be why I recently married someone 23 years younger than me.

Oh, the watch should be tight also.

I don't have nearly that much slack--my pinkie fits like that, but not my forefinger.

Either that, or JJ lacks girth.
