Aftermarket dial right?

guys this is not a factory dial correct? I have seen the yacht master with the MOP and ruby markers, but never seen this before... The description says "custom" dial, which I am assuming its aftermarket, which would essentially devalue the watch correct? |

It says "custom" in the listing... custom is always non-Rolex
