Incoming, excited about this one
Hey guys, I grabbed this piece about two weeks ago. After some suggestions, I think it is the perfect Patek for me in terms of bridging a casual lifestyle with some dress attributes. I decided I really can't go to a more dress watch at this stage of my life, but this one is a good intermediary.
I am very happy with the decision. I played with the new zoom on the iPhone.....my pics always suck anyway.

Excellent choice. Don't be afraid to give us a group shot with those beautiful RMs. I like what Patek has chosen to do with this piece in releasing it in small quantities as opposed to flooding the market

Thanks for the kind words all.
I think it meets my wants of the 5164r and also gives me something dressy that isn't ALS or Rolex. Gotta break the damn leather in though. It is stiff!

Love that piece. Congrats. Curious- did you pay over sticker? These were going for a premium for a while.

Congrats! I wonder whether a dark strap of some description might work well on it?

They make a blue strap for it. And, according to the Geneva boutique, you have a choice of that one when you buy it (rather than the tan strap).

Congrats. Also think a nice black calf or suede strap, maybe without stitching, would work well.

I am really enjoying it as well, I think a dark strap, or even a navy may be nice.
