FS: Rolex Date ref. 1500 Underline Dial

Offered for sale is an early example of the classic ref. 1500 Rolex Date (941,xxx Serial #) featuring an original underline dial.

Details:

Dial: The original silver underline dial is in good condition with no noticeable scratches or peeling. Any sorts of scratches that may appear in the photos are on the crystal and not on the actual dial.

Case: Stainless steel case is in great condition with no major scratches or dents. Reference and serial numbers are clearly visible between the lugs.

Bracelet: The watch comes fitted with an original USA made jubilee bracelet with 24 links showing stretch from age.

Additional: The watch currently runs well but service history is unknown. No other accessories are included.

Asking $2,450 by wire (or check deposited to my bank account) shipped and insured within the US or face to face in the Los Angeles area. International shipping available at an additional cost.

Returns only accepted within 3 days of receipt if item is not as described and is returned in the same exact condition as it was originally sold. Refunds will be considered upon a full inspection and will amount to the purchase price minus shipping and handling costs. Buyer is responsible for the return postage, insurance, and safe delivery of the watch back to me. Due to the complexity of shipping to the US from abroad, all international sales are final.
