Need a little coaxing on next purchase.
Hello everyone,
I recently sold my DJII and looking to purchase a new watch. I have narrowed down the contenders to; 1) DSSD Deep Blue 2) Sub 116610LV 3) Sub 116613LB There is a 4th option non Rolex but very nice. 4) IWC iw3777-10 Pilot's Chronograph All Rolexes are in stock at an AD I've bought from before so I would purchase there. The IWC is at a different location and they are willing to "talk" about price. I do have a big wrist, 8 inches so size does matter a bit. Ideally I would like 3-4 watches in a collection. My 1st nice watch, a GMT II 16710 will stay for now. Talked to the wife and she gives me her thoughts, but is no enthusiast. It is a fun tough choice, I like them all and would be happy with any of them. Maybe you have one or multiple of the watches listed. Any concerns about fit?Which one gets more wrist time? Also heading to Vegas on Thursday, would it be better to buy there? I know there are many AD's there. Thanks for the help and have a great day. Dave. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If it's not an every day watch you need a Cellini.

I like the 3777-10 but will not buy it new, unless you are really in love with it and never going to flip, their resale tanks.

At an 8' wrist you've got the wrists for a DSSD, many really don't. I've been wearing mine for 3 years and love it !! Plus its the king of the divers IMO.

Unless the talk they give you is "60% off retail", I'd skip anything richemont related.

What about Panerai? Lots of choice and look great on larger wrists IMO.

I'd go Deep Blue or Hulk. Can't go wrong with either.

A Deep Sea would be awesome! It has monumental presence with it's weight and size; however, it does not feel uncomfortable. I have a 7" wrist and tried it one for fun and loved it. Good luck!

Thanks everyone. Deep Blue and and LVc are my top two choices. I am heading there now. One last try on and one of them will come home with me tonight. I am going to try and work a discount also! If they want to sell a watch hopefully they'll give it. Minimum I'll take is no tax. Or else Trusted seller here I come. Thanks everyone!!

I'd go for DSSD Blue, if I had 8-inch wrist. Good luck for hunting!

I think you have them in the correct order...
1) DSSD Deep Blue 2) Sub 116610LV 3) Sub 116613LB |

Well still on the hunt. I knew it would be tough on the LVc and the D-Blue. On the SubLB they would only do 5%. Knowing there are better deals to be had at other AD's or here I am going to wait. Going to Vegas for the holiday going to shop there. If anyone knows a good contact out there I would appreciate it. I think the LVc would have been the one, SubLB was sick too!
