Icon6 Gonna engrave a Daytona Ceramic?!

Well we won the National championship few weeks ago. My son on my pit crew saved us over a minute in the pit stop. We won by less than that.

thinking of engraving the Daytona C I just gave him??

with this to remember the year and our great relationship...

thoughts??

To many people here think only about the resale value - And that's not what it's about

Absolutely.

Engraved watches are time honored gift. It's one of the reasons that Rolex keeps their case-backs clear and flat.

Huge congrats to you and your son, Tom.

Engraving the watch is an amazing and loving gesture. Go for it my friend. Let us know what you end up doing. Better yet, show us when it is done!

Congrats, and great idea Dr. Tom. If it were me, I'd buy a matching Daytona-C just like the one you're engraving for him.

I think it's a great idea. That's the way a Rolex should come from a father to a son.

Congratulations on the win

I think that is an awesome idea!! And, if you don't like it you can always get a new caseback and engrave again...

And congrats on a great team win!

Huge congrats. I'm not big on engraving myself, but if it makes you feel good in commemorating the win, then definitely go for it. It would capture the memory in time.

What a great bond you guys share. Not a fan of engravings but this seems perfect for the occasion. Congrats Dr Tom.
