For the enabling. I just bought my first sports car ever. Those who know me know that I'm not really a car guy. My Crown Vic with white wall tires suits me extremely well. Plus, I can fit my bicycle in the trunk. However, I took the plunge and bought my mid life crisis car. A big thank you to Danny for all his helpful advice. I can't wait for summer!!!!! Now, which watch should I wear when cruising?

Nice car. The 5.0 is a great motor. Slap on some headers, x pipe and exhaust and you'll wonder why you didn't buy that car sooner!!

Thanks, guys. What's funny is that Danny was busting my balls and telling me I finally have a car that's worth more than my bicycle. It's sad that he is correct.

When I first started time-trials, everything we rode was experimental, from the use of carbon fiber, titanium, to disc wheels. It was estimated that the bikes were in excess of $100,000. The bikes were rarely from the factory that paid for the stickers we rode.
Now the bike I ride is the top of the line Eddy Merckx, that retails for around $25,000; I guess I was downsized from a Ferrari to a Honda. How times change!
I bet you will be very popular with the ladies with the top down and your Trek peeking out the back seat.

P.S. It will be more important than ever to shave your arms for both displaying the Platona to your arm on the door sill.

There is no way the bicycle will fit in any part of that car. Bicycles have come a long way as you know. My 2005 Discovery Channel Trek starts to shimmy pretty bad at 60mph. My 2012 Madone was stable at 65 (top speed at the 6 gap century with Dr. Tom). Haven't had the opportunity to test the newest one. We are pretty limited on roads that allow that speed. Most have very sharp turns.

I'm thinking my white dial 116520 will look really good on the wrist with the top down. I'll just have to rotate through all of them for quality purposes.
