Looking for a Coffee table hardback book on Patek

Does anyone have a minty example and looking to sell?

I think you can buy one from Patek directly.

Check on eBay. I bought a copy from a wholesaler. And even though they had plenty of complaints, the copy I got was absolutely pristine, with the cardboard cover, thin paper wrap over the book etc. I paid 50% of MSRP.

The Foulkes book is excellent in providing the history of Patek and some major developments over the years.

John Reardon of Christie's, who worked for Patek NYC for over a decade, shares some of his recommendation on the following page:

Has anyone purchased anything from them?

I was looking at getting off Ebay, for about £150.00 but their's are even cheaper.

I've ordered a few golf books from Wordery. Never had any problems.

I was thinking having seen the further posts after my question that they wouldn't have any left! So I have managed to secure a new one that was slightly cheaper from Amazon

^^ Same here.

"We are sorry to inform you that the item detailed below was incorrectly advertised when you placed your order and we are unable to ship this item to your delivery country."

Hopefully those in the UK still get theirs.

And now the USD price is 181.37 (was 132.30 before). Webpage still says available for delivery in United States.

Wordery cancelled my order as well. They claim that they don't ship this item to Canada. Disappointing.

I ordered it about 3 hrs ago..... I didn't receive a mail that it was cancelled yet

I'll let you know if this changes

If the price went upwards in usd somebody should order it again
If they don't cancel it when you pay the higher price ..... well, it would be disgusting

The patek museum book is very good too
But at 660chf pretty expensive

Almost 1000 pages wchich makes the price a bit less crazy

But still a good suggestion

Mine arrived last Thursday C/O Amazon.co.uk from Browns - Books cost was £98.47 + £2.80 P&P. It was fully sealed and very well packaged.

But the link below have one copy going for £89.99 + £2.80 P&P

Wordery accepted my reorder and it arrived last night. Perfect condition. My cost was £112.80 including free shipping to Canada. I was not charged taxes/duty. Any other source in Canada was significantly more expensive.

I ended up ordering from amazon.co.uk — £120 after postage to the US.

Amazon never seems to pack books well (and this was no exception), but I felt pretty comfortable after I saw the packing box the book comes in. It arrived in perfect shape.
