Are you tired of seeing ss subdate everywhere?
First of all, I own a ss subdate, it is a classic and like it very much.
But frankly it is everywhere in the wild, it just like driving a late model EFI mustang. Actually I am thinking about selling the subdate while keeping the white Milgauss. Main reason for selling: Need the cash to fund the white dial ss Daytona

Hmmmm...
.......Subs everywhere....  I spend a lot of time around people of means....and a lot of time each year on the Oceans and Seas.... Compared to the Timex Ironman, Seiko Monsters, and a bunch of look-alikes, I just don't see that many Rolex Subs... To me, it's a little thrill each time I spot one... or a GMT, or an EXP II (even more rare)........ What I do see are a bunch of DJ's, comparatively speaking, but still, they are rare in the sea of the hundreds of other watches on peoples wrists today...

I would never get tired of seeing a Sub Date in the wild. In fact, it makes me glad to see another person who shares an excellent taste with watches as well! Who knows, maybe that person wearing the Sub Date is a WIS?
I do like my Explorer II though and how its not as commonly seen. That's just the way I like it. Even though I have seen it in the wild in the past, its as rare as seeing a Ferrari Testarossa on the streets.
