Need some quick 16523 help

Hi guys.

I have been offered this 16523 from 1989 for a very good price. It has been serviced for 1k in 2016 and is said to work perfectly. The problem is that is has been out long time for a good price, without anyone buying it. And that is usually not a good sign :)

It comes with the original papers and papers for the service.

It has been polished in the past.

I have never owned a Daytona before and would appriciate very much if some of you experts see something in the pictures that seems off, and let me know.
