DJ 41 delivery observation
As a lot of you know, I ordered a SS DJ1 the day after Basel opened. My AD emailed their rep and got the ordering number for the exact combo I wanted (more on that later) and put down a 50% deposit, the rest went on a one year-same as cash accout I have with Ben Bridge (Highly reccomended for those consdering some knd of payment plan). I have purchased all my Rolexes using this method and find it the most sense WEll right now, I have made TWO==-payments of my dj41 and the watch hasn't even made it to the store. OTHERS HAVE, just not the one I wand. As a matter of fact, THE ONES THAT HAVE APPEARED IN AD DISPLAY CASES COINCIEDE WITH THE MODEL SELECTIONS ON ROLEX WEB SITE.
The one I cholse, was the SS JI 41, Oyster bracelett, white face, fluted bezel. We can speak for hourse on why, but that's the one that sang to me from across the Atlanticc. My Ad is now adjusting their estiamte to say Late June possibley July I looked in the on line catalogue, does not show my watch at all... nothing. The new model DJ41s making thier wiay to ADs ARE posted on Rolex.com Why the staggart availalbilty? Is Rolex trying to tell us somethig by keeping some modesl off the site, the ones that seem to be shipping after the first lot of the others? Would they intentially split-up the delivery process and whyY |

The two ADs I visited recently had at least 12-15 versions of the new SS41. Surprised it's taking that long.
Will make it all the more sweeter once the wait is over! Hang in there. |
