$11300 sounds good and works out to be £8440, go for it. I thought retail for a Dblue in the US was $12350

Not good enough for you?
Then move on and leave the watch for someone that truly appreciates it.

He’s absolutely right. You’ve been offered 8% off one of the most desirable SS sports Rolex references and you want more? Very few people get a discount on that watch. Most places have a waiting list and here in Singapore it runs above retail. You’re either quite greedy or you’re not seriously interested

or....maybe I normally get a lot more "love" from my connections? between my partners and I we prob dropped close to $750K with this specific store, so yes, you want to call it greedy... so be it, I call it being cautious ....frugal .... I am not the one flipping used Rolexes or new "hard to find" ones for 20%-30% over sticker...... so... no...I do not think I am greedy, but thank you for the input:)

8% off an easy selling SS Sports Rolex from an AD is easily considered a steal. Agreed!

You should thank your AD, and pay as quickly as possible. That price, if true, is ridiculously good, especially today. Go for it!

Considering bnib on the grey market they’re going for over msrp, 11,300 is a steal imho especially since used theyre going from 11,5 to 11,9. Almost no ADs are discounting so take that 8%

I agree, AD pricing is better than the grey market on most SS sport Rolex watches. I was at My AD Saturday looking for a Sea Dweller Red, but of course they didn't have one and the waiting list was 15 deep. they did have Subs and DSSD, GMTs, even a BLNR AT 8950.00

Buy now, in the UK this is 2K over retail so will be there too soon. Don't live in the past in these stockmarket times.

I'd say go for it, maybe he'll help you a little more on tax when he knows your ready to throw down. It seems like a good buy.

Put it this way

Its only going up

Value will skyrocket once discontinued

Its only a matter of time

11300 is a bargain

I like the DSSD-Blue but have never been able to part with an additional 3k for a dial difference from the DSSD with the black dial. Check out the TS for the black dial, save some serious cash and have the same watch minus the dial.

Not sure about the 3k anymore.... A year ago I could buy the black for 9500, didn't even consider the deep blue as I normally don't by items named after someone... And never saw one in person.... Now, with all the hype and seeing one in person I kind of getting the bug.... Plus as everyone mentioned... Good chance of it not being offered anymore....

The Deep Blue isn't named after anyone. Only the forums refer to it as James Cameron. I've never seen a Rolex catalog refer to the 116610LV as "The Hulk", so...

Looks like you got it though! Smart choice! I passed one up at retail about 6 months ago like an idiot.
