Anyone wear a YG sub as daily?

Tried on the 116618LN at an AD today and it looked so nice. The deep black dial against the YG was an awesome combo. Wondered if anyone wore a YG sub as a daily, because if I bought one, I think it would command most of my wrist time.

Would anyone consider trading a SS white SkyD and SD4K or 16710?

Anyone out there using a yellow gold sub as a daily?

I wear my YG Sub as a daily. Go look at one with the blue dial. I was going for the black dial but bought the blue. It changes color in the light. Everyone who looks at it says what a beautiful dial.

Absolutely! I don’t have YG sub, but have the WG. I do wear it as part of the rotation.

If I’m going to a friends or somewhere familiar I’ll wear it with whatever , if I’m going somewhere new where I’m not familiar with surroundings I’ll make sure I’m wearing a long sleeve , so I can hide it if need be ;)

It does stand out , although these days not as much amongst the countless gold plated cheapies people are wearing ;)

My thoughts are that SS is the superior metal for longevity and daily use. But i do wear my YG very frequently (and it definitely doesn’t look as brand new as the picture above)

I don’t have it but to me it’s too “flashy” to be a daily wearer and

Good to hear from TRF. I originally was leaning for the WG/blue dial, and thought the YG would be too flashy...but when I tried it on that thought flew out the window.

So much so I even dared to mention it to my wife just to gauge the reaction!

I tried but I felt like a nut wearing it.
The YG Sub is a really loud watch.

As one that wears a YG Sub, I have never had anyone tell me that’s a really loud or blingy watch. Almost no one notices. When they do notice, it is all about the complements.

For me yellow gold is intoxicating. I rarely remove my watch. I sleep with it, shower with it. When we bought this watch, we looked at the WG version, I hated the plain flat blue dial. The WG didn’t do anything for me.

I have owned several 116618LB's and an LN and have worn them in a rotation and had no issues.

Zero issues with gold daily. The black and the blue are both awesome, I would have a hard time choosing, but I think I would go blue

I don’t have a YG but I’ve considered the YG sub(blue or black). Wouldn’t work with my work for daily, but I’d rock it on weekends. I like the smurf too but if Rolex made a Ss blue sub that’d would piss me off.
