Girl name ideas for my watch
Hi Everyone,
I am new to the rolex forum and hopefully looking to purchase my first rolex (Explorer 2 Ref 16570)! I was bored and just wanted to see what creative ideas everyone has for a girl name or maybe share some of yours if you guys have. Is it weird to name your watch? Appreciate the ideas in advance! Lol |

Welcome to the forums.
Mine move to fast to get named. It would get confusing.

Girl name ideas for my watch
OP: Welcome to TRF.
As for names, you’ll find there are many names people use like Hulk, Batman, Bluesy, etc. But few are co-ed. What names did you have in mind? Quote:
Good point Adam, perhaps a Mod could help her with a name change to “Explorer16570”? Sent from my iPhoneX using Tapatalk

I think subs are super nice too but I like the Explorer 2 because it’s not nearly as common and something about the red 24 hour hand speaks to me.

My local shop has a used polar dial. My dream is the black dial but the polar’s condition and year is exactly what I want, everything is PERFECT besides the dial color and i’m Pretty sure I could get it for a good deal too. Idk if I should be patient and risk missing out on this opportunity or just go for the polar instead. Any suggestions??
And to 77T: no ideas of names yet haha. Maybe Robin? Lol |

Well if you go Polar (which I did for my first Rolex) - maybe “Snowball”?
And if you get the Black one, maybe “Ebony”? Sent from my iPhoneX using Tapatalk

I’ve never been into naming my things. A lot of people name their cars, guitars etc. I have a hard enough time keeping track of my kids names lol.

OP -- If you succeed in attaining your watch, and switching dials, would you consider it has 'new beginnings' then?
If so, look here. (Just trying to help, smiling as I say that.) Have a wonderful day! http://www.momjunction.com/articles/...00422732/#gref
