How often do you adjust your glide lock?

I am a few days into my Submariner experience and was wondering how often others use their glidelock clasp? My watch is always a little tight first thing in the morning and seems to loosen during the day. I prefer my watch to be on the snug side so I don’t really adjust the clasp I just roll with it. Anyone else?

I adjust it almost every day: tight in the morning, and at night I think my wrist swells because it bothers me and I loosen it a little to sleep because I like to check the time at dawn. I hope not to damage my glkdelock very fast for that.

Usually every day I make an adjustment at some point. I often do fairly physical work with my sub on. Those days could be several times during the day.

It took me a while to get it right at first, but now I only adjust it whenever the temperature changes considerably

About once or twice a day depending on the temperature and my level of physical activity

I like to wear it snug also, in close to 2 years i think i adjusted the glide lock no more than 3 times. Once you get the fit you are after, you may or not want to adjust one more notch, depending on the circumstances.

Rarely for me. Same goes with the easy link on my Datejust. About the only time I ever adjust it is in significant summer heat or any situation where I get a good amount of swelling in my wrist. I would say no more than a dozen or so times a year

Not very often but I sure like having it. For one thing, it’s allowed me to dial in my preferred fit easily. When I first got it I kept bouncing around between Three settings probably and lately I’ve settled on one. But that’s easy in the winter. Come summer I’m guessing I’ll be adjusting it more often to account for tempt and activities.

I'm about everyday (on days I wear it). Mostly depends on temp and activity level.

My goal is to not ever adjust it. Because once I do, then I can never find the sweet spot again.

This is how I feel. It’s perfect right now and I don’t want to mess with it.

It’s not like a power seat on a car. It’s got set places where it can go.

I very seldom adjust it in the winter and summer. As the weather changes in the spring and fall it is almost daily.

This time of year, rarely. But in the summer months, often.

Multiple times everyday, the thing is that I live in the Caribbean, humidity average is in the 70's% as well as temperature, more than often I'm switching between indoors and outdoors so my wrist varies a lot throughout the day. That's why the sub is the perfect match for me.

I actually prefer the non glide lock bracelet, the clasps takes up too much link bracelet real estate. I also looking for a 5 digit clasps bc it's smaller and has the oyster print on it. I probably used the glide lock once or twice, only between setting "1-2" nothing further. So ideally the clasp from explorer would be fine since it has the flip function
