This might sound crazy, but I recommend you get some enjoyment out of the watch you just bought.

Why don't you wear and enjoy your new Sub and spend about a year looking at every Rolex model and every configuration (in pictures and at ADs) and then decide for yourself. If you let someone else tell you what to buy who will tell you which one to wear, when.

Kris, you sound a lot like myself. There's always another conquest! On the other hand, the cynic in me thinks you're smart already put yourself on the waitlist for your next watch, especially if you want one of the SS models.

Can you give us an idea of what you like and don't like and what else you already own?

First, congrats on the Sub! Hopefully only you decide what you want next. Though no doubt that your question will yield a great mix of thought provoking and entertaining responses. Why'd you go for the Sub? What size collection are you going for? Are you looking for variety or do you have a particular taste. ...like I do for divers. :)

I would look at the DJ41 or the DJ II. Get some color, blue, silver, white dial that is different than the Submariner. On dive watch, one watch that can do other duties.
