I believe somebody here posted exactly this a few weeks ago...OEM ceramic bezel on a Daytona that was pre-ceramic.

Send a PM to Bas. He's a technician at a RSC and should be able to help. He's been very helpful with a few of my questions.

My guess is that it should fit since both models have same case size.

why the downgrade from gold bezel to ceramic besides the scratch-proof?

Urgent Advice Required - Re: Ceramic Daytona Bezel.

If you have the complete white gold bezel assembly, yes. The case for the 116519LN is the same as yours except for the underside where the Oysterflex endlinks fit into it.

Otherwise, you wouldn’t be able to buy this:

But you don’t want to try to put that bezel you showed since it is a SS 116590LN. That could be a different issue.

If i was going to do anything i would put the ceramic bezel on the WG bracelet version of the WG OF watch. It has the same dial, but without the ceramic bezel

Sure - it’s all down to personal taste IF you can make it fit. I was just demonstrating for OP that it’s been done by Rolex using their WG version of the ceramic bezel.

But as he found out the 116500 bezel is not going to fit every WG Daytona

It's been done before with the brown ceramic bezel from the platona. It should fit.

This combo with the red hands on the sub dials would be the nicest looking watch I’ve ever seen

Do you think the platinum Daytona would look better with a platinum bezel or the current ceramic bezel??

I think it looks perfect with the ceramic, but if it were OEM with platinum, I wouldn't change it.

As it happens. It doesn’t fit the 116509, it will only fit the 116519, and 116520

I see this thread is a little old but did the OP ever sort it out?

I’m considering an everose chocolate Daytona 116505 but i know the gold bezel will scratch easily so if I can source a black ceramic bezel as on the 116515ln... but will it fit ??

Anyone done it/ seen it done?

I believe there was a post awhile back where it did not fit in a PM case. SS case seemed to work as it’s been posted before
