A man goes to his doctor, complaining of chronic fatigue. The doctor does blood work, an ECG, MRI, and a complete physical exam.

He hands the patient a jar. "Here," says the doctor. "Take this home and give me a semen sample, and we'll see if we can get to the bottom of this."

The patient goes home. He tries his right hand. He tries his left hand. Nothing. His wife comes in. She tries her right hand, then her left, then her mouth; nothing. They go across the street to the pretty neighbor who's always willing to help. She goes at it with both hands, and then HER mouth. Again, nothing.

The next day, the patient returns to the doctor's office, and hands him the empty jar. The doctor looks at it, and says,"What happened?" The patient says, "We tried everything. We couldn't get the jar open."
