Dial on the Hulk is 100% more interesting and beautiful.
Kermit has some sort of rarity kudos but to me that's meh.

Kermit. Black and green is a great combination. Also sleeker and less edgy.

Hulk by a nose for me. I really like the LV (that’s a nice Flat 4, btw) but the sunburst is incredible and I like the fit more. I was anti-Hulk guy until I actually tried one on.

Answer is easy. Only Kermit is the 50th Anniversary commemorative Sub.

What's that got to do with wearability or owner preference?

Per the OP, I like both watches, although my vote would go to the Hulk between the two. My real preference for a daily would be the black SubC Date. Also, a Kermit on a Glidelock bracelet would be an interesting option.

That's an easy answer to a question nobody asked.

I like the upgrades on the LVc but prefer the black dial on the LV.

I have both, but Kermit is a safe queen. It's in mint condition with no bracelet stretch, so I'm afraid to wear it. Such a same to treat a watch like that, but the value has increased too much to risk it. I wear the LVc a lot!!

Kermit because it has just enough green whereas Hulk has too much.
