FS: Patek Philippe 3445/6, 18K yellow gold case and 18K P.P.bracelet, auto screwback!

From my collection: A fine and scarce example of a solid 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe automatic screwback case and integrated solid 18K Patek Philippe bracelet. Vintage 1969 caliber 27-460M 37J with Geneva Seal - one of the finest autowind calibers that Patek Philippe ever produced! Watch weighs in at a hefty 105 grams! Watch is in EXCELLENT condition with hand engraved inscription on the caseback. All hallmarks are present and watch has had little to no polish in its lifetime. The 35.5mm case (not counting the signed crown) wears bigger due to the flat bezel. The gold dial is near-mint, only showing minor marks. SWISS at the bottom of the 6 o'clock position. The acrylic crystal is without nicks or scratches. Movement winds like butter and it runs exceptionally well. I have not had the movement serviced in the past ten years - a testament to the infrequency of use by me. Watch will only fit a 7 inch wrist as these models were custom fit and then custom made to order by Patek Philippe in the 1960's. There are no boxes or papers but I will offer a 3 day return privilege if watch is not as represented. Watch will ship with a factory suede pouch.
