Watch Parts Commission?

Does anyone know if Rolex Sales Associates typically get commission on parts and accessories like bracelets and spare parts?

All the best.

Only the watchmaker can sell parts and that is only during a service to replace the damaged parts. Rolex does not allow parts to be sold over the counter any longer at an AD. Even spring bars and bracelet links can only be sold if you bring in the watch that they fit on.

A Dealer can give any sales staff a commission on what they sell, it would be their company policy, not Rolex.

Many Dealers give a bonus (commission) on overall sales, since Rolex is not their main product, jewelry is, but it is all wrapped into their sales total.
