Dealer ordered parts - Switzerland to US - how long is the wait? Tudor specifically
I’m about to order a bracelet for my Submariner from my local Tudor dealer, I was curious how long I should expect to wait for it?

The shipping itself wont be that long, its the sitting in customs that is the unknown variable. It could be a couple days to a couple months.

Are the parts in stock or on back order? Couple of factors involved. Could be as long as 3 mos.

Why did you expect it to come from Switzerland?
Rolex USA is where your AD will place the order and they may have them already stocked in NYC. But if not, RUSA is the sole importer for our Country. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

The bracelet, more than likely, is already in the U.S. Could be as quick as a few weeks.

I ordered a new bracelet for a Tudor Sub from an AD back around 2013. I remember he assumed that it would have to come in from Switzerland, but it turned out the Dallas service center still had some new-old-stock and it came in from there. I got the sense they didn't have many in stock. Not surprised to hear that they have to be ordered from Switzerland now!
