Mayors of Tampa Review
I purchased my first Rolex from Mayors of Tampa in October of 2018 for a special moment. This was quite possibly the most unprofessional purchase I have ever made. The salesperson and manager I dealt with were truly poor professionals, and I'm sure there are good people that work at this location. On the day of purchase the watch was "sized" for me...apparently "sizing" is when the manager on duty turns multiple screw heads on the bracelet into bow tie ends, marred and scratched with a screwdriver, and the clasp is "sized" to fit on the side of your wrist rather than the bottom of the wrist. Had to have it sized properly at another Rolex AD who also replaced the screws and polished the scratches. They even told me they knew who I dealt with and that it was poor service. I was also told at time of sale I would have to wait at least 30 days to receive my warrantee card for the watch which is fine, but after waiting 45 days I called my sales associate and was told that I must have lost it because it was given to me at the time of sale. WHAT? HOW CAN I LOSE IT IF IT WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME AND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT FOR IT? Long story short after 5 months of going back and forth I finally just called Mayors main office and they were easy to work with and I finally was given the card. WOW! The watch gets 5 stars...the service and purchase however at this locaton was worse than buying a casio at walmart. Such a shame.
