No luck (still) on my final watch. Better luck in Vegas, Montreal, or Toronto? TT DJ
Coming up on a year but still can't find a good deal on a TT DJ (black pan, fluted bezel, diamond indicators). No matter how "tight" the supply might be, at least according to the dealer, I can't bring myself to pay sticker on the piece. Mostly when my father bought the same model but a 41 at 11K two years ago.
Do you guys think I will get a better deal in Montreal, Toronto, or Vegas? Looking to take a trip in the next 1-2 months. Will go the place that will give me the best price/chance. Looking to pay 10K-11K with 11K being on the high end. Tried VA and MD but they tried to offer sticker with no leeway. Sheesh. |

Try Royal de Versailles in Toronto. I was there 2 days ago. They had a lot of Datejusts, but I don't know about that particular one.
I purchased a TT DJ from them a year and a half ago. They were willing to forgo the 13% sales tax if I had them ship the watch to the US. But that would probably have created some issues for me with customs. They ended up giving me a 5% discount, and with the exchange rate it cost about $2500 less than US retail with tax. |

Montreal, dont bother with Birks, they dont discount. Chateau d'ivoire and bijouterie italienne they usually discount TT if they have in stock, how much that i dont know anymore.... always best to see if they have in stock and to show up in person to negocitate, they'll never discount over the phone

you'll probably have better luck going with a trusted seller. have you tried to see what you can get from them?
