Sea-Dweller F-series ("Oyster Perpetual Date" Super Spaced out?)

Hi all

I've got a pressing question and concern as I was considering a Dweller 16600 which was produced around 2005, ie. F-series.

I've noticed that the space between the 3 words of "OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE" is very spaced out compared to other 16600 I've seen in the past.

Is this a 'limited production run' that was done just for the F-series incidentally for the Dweller as it was with the Kermit (I recall that Rolex also had similar 'issues' with the Kermits)?

I've attached a photo of a similar Dweller that had the same spaced out 3 words. Hope some kind soul can shed some light on this.

Many thanks!!

And here's an example from The Green GMT Hand (also F-series):

Just curious:

Is your concern that the watch you’re considering might be fake?

Or are you asking if it may be worth more due to the fact that it was limited to a certain production run?

Thanks for clarifying

Actually ... my concerns are everything....although i might discount the thought that the watch is fake as i've seen some examples from reknown dealers selling similar dials with spaced-out wordings.

So yeah, is there a possibility that its a fake dial even?

Secondly, if it is legit, then yeah - is this something that's even remotely limited production run by the dial-makers?

I can't seem to find any documented post about these dials as I found it a little peculiar (unfortunately, my first time coming across the dial when i wanted to purchase it before i saw more examples of it when i Googled it).

Thanks all.

Does anyone else have any thoughts about the dial variations?

I think it's just a dial font variation that we see across many models, nothing special about it more or less..

I also think it is also a dial variation.
Have a look at HQ Milton, and you will see quite a few dials like yours, as well as some similar to that on The green GMT hand example you have provided.
I have no expertise on this, but I hope this is of some help.

Thanks guys ... appreciate some comments. Just wanted to be sure as its going to be quite a sum of $ i'm putting on ... haa ... wish me luck. Many thanks!

on a separate note, i wonder whether the 'spaced-out' words are more limited in numbers ... hmm ...
