IIRC, these were called “nugget” Rolexes, popular in the 70s (to the extent they ever were). AFAIK, they are not factory made nor authorized, all are aftermarket jewelers’ work. Image search for nugget Rolex will show lots, most of them pretty obviously differing from each other.
