Remember sitting in the hotel’s boat, waiting for a ride back from the hotel chain’s private island back to the main island - I was close to getting a heat stroke right there

I don't think that's a valid reason not to visit Aruba. Plenty of wrong place, wrong time situations in any city. America alone has enough similar cases.

Also, it's pretty well documented what happened to her, there's just no substantial proof. Joran and a few accomplices were involved and there's absolutely no way to logically refute Joran is 100% guilty.

Even if the case were solved conclusively and it's exactly what you think it is (which it should be), how would that make Aruba safer or put it back on your travel list? Curious.
