5524G as a daily

Hi Guys

I have been leaning towards this reference lately and tried one on at my local AD yesterday, do any of our owners find it top heavy and is it suitable to use as a daily , I am between this and a 5164

owners comments would be most appreciated

Had it a couple months. Worn daily first month no problems no concerns. Now in rotation, miss it on its days off

Great weight, lume and looks good on many straps - don't see me getting tired

Obviously, the aquanaut is waterproof, but I think the pilot looks better

Excellent daily watch, only downside is the waterproof depth. Would love to go swimming with this watch

Further than that, love it as a daily

Your first impression is probably your best. If it feels top heavy to you, it may be too big for your wrist (no good) or maybe the strap could not be tensioned properly to avoid creasing the strap for a correct fit. Further review may be needed.

Definitely not too heavy unless you wear it very loose, but I don’t think leather straps are meant to be loose, but snug. Been wearing mine daily for a month and I forget it’s there. Highly recommend as a daily, especially with the amount of strap options.

It’s not a daily for me but probably my most worn piece. Feels great on the wrist.

Find mine fits into a casual lifestyle very well. Comments on working well with different straps seems right to me.

My most worn piece as well (30% of rotation time) especially during traveling. Feels great on the wrist as an office or weekend smart casual piece. Only thing to watch out is it is big and you might (like me) accidentally put a dent to the nice gold case.... (it hurts).
