Please help with my recent experience with RSC

I have started a post in regards to my situation couple of weeks ago. Basically, my YM2 (5 months old by now) keep having problems with the countdown timer. The synchronization flyback not working properly with the countdown timer as the seconds hand will not continue to run by pressing the lower pusher.

The first time I took the watch back to RSC Syd and reported the problem of flyback not continue to run. The watch got returned after 2 weeks and the watchmaker has advised that the watch was not designed to have flyback feature. After 4 weeks, the situation got worse and now the seconds hand fail to reset back to 12 and stop at anywhere between 0 ~ 15 sec when you stop the timer and reset the timer.

Some members here suggested to have a specific watchmaker to look at this problem at RSC Syd as he seems to be more experienced. I sent in the watch the second time with full description with the problems with a short video to demonstrate the issue.

RSC contact me after 3 weeks and the watchmaker told me that the watch was found to be normal and no repair needed. I queried his finding with my video showing that the seconds hand not resetting to 12 properly and he insisted that the watch was normal and he said that I must not have the lower pusher pressed all the way to cause this. I can confirmed that the situation wasn't one off or otherwise I wouldn't be able to take a video of it. I can also confirmed that I have tried to press the pusher all the way. However, he seemed to be pretty persistent with his opinion that the watch was normal regardless what I saw. I asked if he did check everything including the pusher and he told me that he can check every component without disassembly of the movement. He even asked me to come to RSC in person to demonstrate how to press the pusher properly.

I asked him about the countdown timer seconds hand sometimes fly pass 12 o'clock at stop at 58 sec when I've tried to reset it and he said that is normal too for mechanical watch sometimes (resetting the timer and seconds hand not stopping at 12 was NORMAL??!!). I asked about the winding crown occasionally got stuck upon manual winding after the failure of resetting the timer he said that's NORMAL too. He said that I didn't need to manual wind the watch as it is an automatic watch anyway.

After he tried to convince me that the watch was normal, I've asked if the specific watchmaker suggested by a forum member here have looked at this repair and he said yes and that I will get the same answer even if I ask him.

I now being stuck again with a watch that they did not touch in relation to the problems. Any suggestions as to what I can do when when RSC refused to honor the warranty by saying that the watch was "NORMAL"?
