What is next for the collection? Spare a moment for a new enthusiast
Hi all
I am a young professional (24) and I am absolutely passionate about watches - so much that I find myself spending more time at work browsing this forum and timepiece market places than I do actually doing work. My collection looks like this: 16610 and 16234... I quite fancy myself a 114300 in white, although I suspect this is a bit safe given my current two watches. I am also really into GMTs of new and old (anything but the black ceramic...). My brother has a Tudor GMT which I am very fond of, but don’t want the same watch as him. Does anyone have any suggestions... references and pics would be great... |

I’d go with a GMT perhaps a 5 digit Pepsi

Chronograph or gmt.
If Daytona is too pricey a nice speedy is not a bad call here - can wear on strap |

Lots of value and great watches in other brands. I like a blended collection.

I like the chrono or GMT idea but since you have 2 stainless on bracelets, would you consider leather bands like the pics above?? Perhaps even a chrono or GMT dress watch?
A speedy is a great choice, what about a JLC Master Control Chrono?

First advice: A GMT (Pepsi or Batman), Explorer2 or a Daytona.
Second advice: If you want to continue with this collection, it would be good to actually work when you’re expected and being paid to work. Unless you own the business. Goodluck Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I agree with this. Own both, love both. Just not a new GMT the premium and waiting list is a bit silly in my opinion. Get an older GMT, any series of Exp. II is great, and the prices generally aren’t crazy.

An Explorer II Polar would be a good add. You have 2 great watches (especially for a 24 year old).

16710 would fit your collection perfectly imo.
