Does anybody on here have the ebay username....

Time4Preston? Or has anyone done any business with him. I sold him a watch a while ago and it was a great transaction and he bid on another that didnt sell. But whoever it is buys Rolex's like its nothing. Im just curious as to what you could do with so many unless he flips them like the next week. Check it out and see.

He's from Dallas. Bought from him once or twice. He isn't good at returing emails.

He is definitely a "big flipper" - buys very low.

Stay far far away from brad wenzel aka ebay: Time4preston

So yes I was duped by Brad Wenzel 14232 Marsh Lane #159 Addison, TX 75001 We sold him a Rolex DJ Oyster band in pristine condition and it was delivered to him signature confirmation just for my peace of mind because I discovered when preparing his shipment that he is getting his mail at the Eagle Postal Center in Addison, TX which is his way of winning claims with Paypal against sellers! (ALTHOUGH WITH PAYPAL YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED A PO BOX ADDRESS....BUT HIS WAY AROUND THIS.... IS THIS EAGLE POSTAL CENTER GIVES HIM A PHYSICAL ADDRESS) He is getting his mail at a PO BOX located inside of the Eagle Postal Center and when I realized this is where the watch was being shipped to I chose to get signature confirmation...being that the post office should not have accepted anyone else's signature except Brad Wenzel's correct?!?? .....WRONG! Mark Winstead is who signs for Brad Wenzels packages at this location....well then Brad Wenzel can claim that a package was opened and there was no watch inside or he got an empty box...so on and so on..... and then he automatically wins the claim with paypal...he has figured out a loop hole...and I PROMISED PAYPAL AND EBAY IF IT TAKES ME TO MAKE A EXAMPLE OUT OF BRAD WENZEL AND HOW HE IS FRAUDING SELLERS AND PAYPAL ALIKE I WILL MAKE IT MY POINT TO DO SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS WILL NOT END HERE I WILL NOT LOOSE MY WATCH AND MY MONEY LIKE THIS!!

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER PLEASE I BEG OF YOU TO CONTACT ME!!!!!

I CONTACTED THE ADDISON POLICE DEPT. THEY WILL NOT TAKE A POLICE REPORT VIA TELEPHONE AS THEY CANNOT VERIFY MY IDENTITY! I AM ONE RELENTLESS CHICK AND HE HAS BUCKED WITH THE ABSOLUTE WRONG CHIC! IF I HAVE TO GET A PLANE TICKET TO ADDISON,TX I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED!!! THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY!!!!

Hello, so i happen to run over the scenario with one of the paypal management rep. He summarized that usps should be held liable for letting someone other than name on package to sign something that is not his. He advised as well only to send valuables to verified home addresses and absolutely no po boxes to avoid weird complications.

Time4preston

We are a high end retail Jewelry store on the east coast and have been dealing with Brad (time4preston) for over a year now. He has purchased over 50 Rolexes from us without a single issue.

When we needed an 18k Daytona for a customer, he memoed us the watch. He had one with a champagne dial and our customer needed a white one. He had the dial swapped and next day aired it to us. When our customer didn't purchase the watch because he changed his mind, Brad had no issue and didn't even charge for the cost of the dial swap. (which is one of the hardest dials to change out)

Brad is a stand up person and will jump through hoops to make things positive for both sides.

He is the one I go to 1st for Rolex sales and when I need a specific watch for one of our customers!!

We do over 10 million dollars in sales and consider it an asset to have located Brad for an outlet for our used Rolex and other high end watches!!

me consistantly throughout the years. Always a good Customer and

I agree

I also have dealt with Brad Wenzel since his inception into the watch business. I have done over 2 million dollars in business per year with Brad in the last 8 or so years and he is my number one source for pre-owned rolex and a really good customer as well.

I have also been a close friend of Brads for the same period of time and have had many conversations with him about the ethics of the business as well as ethics in general. Knowing him the way I do, I have a hard time believing a lot of the negative comments presented about him on this board.

I am in charge of all things watches for a large jewelry business that is a public company and sells over 5,000 pre-owned watches per year. I would not entrust my business to a guy or company who even resembled these comments. I would and do trust Brad with most anything.

I know this is just another opinion out in the world but I hope it helps.

Really??? Well if Brad gets that kind of business from a single "customer" (wink, wink Brad) then why is he (err, I mean his customers) trolling the forums giving him such praise and good reviews? He could live off your business alone.

Well Mr. Larson, I recently sold Mr. Wenzel a Deep Sea Dweller Rolex to which was shipped to you (Dave Larson at 11816 Inwood Rd #12 Dallas, Texas, according to Mr. Wenzel's current (as of November 2014) Ebay account. I am not sure if you know what he is doing being that he has been receiving authentic watches from sellers and filing claims with PayPal for his money back and returning either completely different watches, watches with switched out parts, or no watches at all to the original listed seller for 5+ years now. I am currently in dealings with him as I have an Ebay store, but I also work for a law firm that deals with criminal, civil, federal and small business law to name a few so everything is being handled accordingly. I have reported him to Ebay, Appealed PayPal's decision and filed a police report all in a little over 12 hours of receiving a watch back that I did not send to him (as it was not received and signed for on my end until almost 6:30 p.m. last night). I have pictures of the watch I sent, as well as, the watch I received. Timestamped and all. I am not here to bash you, but just to inform you of his dealings. You can choose to do as you wish with the information given, but least I know you have been informed. Have a great upcoming holiday.

I'm betting the "Eagle Postal Center" in not operated by the U. S. Postal Service. It's a privately owned business that provides boxes for a fee. If it was an actual Post Office the address would be "P.O. Box 159' Addison, Tx". Not a street address and a box number. People rent boxes there to avoid using their home address for a number of reasons. Most do it for legitimate reasons, or convenience. But it's certainly possible to use it for nefarious reasons. The postman delivers mail there, and they place it in the box. If a signature is required, they sign for it. They only way only the addressee can sign for it is by requesting, and paying a fee, for "restricted delivery"', which requires a picture
I.D.. The Eagle Postal Center is basically a Mail Boxes, Etc. no doubt. I'd hope PayPal would not allow a place like that as a verified address.

X2... I think you're assessment is correct.

I have never heard of this guy but I have run across a few scumbags in this industry. Every industry has its crooks and this industry is no different. What I have always noted is that crooked sellers often have a few people they have a history with and do repeated business with which they will continue to do good (but not flawless) business with. However, when it comes to new buyers or simply buyers they have no history with, they will not hesitate to do scummy tricks.

These members vouching for him could very easily be part of his good buyers who he supplies watches to, but it is also possible that he has quite a few unhappy and straight up robbed customers. The two are NOT mutually exclusive. Someone needs to supply the steady business which helps sucker in new sellers/buyers!

Do a search on this forum for "Wenzel" - you will find other posts.

Just curious, but how many times will Ebay accept a buyers claims that he got an empty box?
If this is his modus-operandi, makes you wonder if this guy has the worst luck in the world constantly getting empty boxes?

UPDATE: Can anyone confirm if Wenzel = time4preston?
I just did a search on Ebay "Time4Preston". Over 5000 transactions on Ebay. Has 740+ transactions in last 12 months with 0 "Negative", 0 "Neutral", 742 "Positive" transactions. As I always say, people need to do their own homework when dealing on the internet.

@Porsche.....no he has no negative feedback BUT look at the feedback he has left for others....he has left negatives for others....and sellers can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers ergo the reason he has no negative feedback....@ RVD obviously there is nothing that protects sellers as time4preston has admitted this statement and I quote verbatim.... "seller protection is a joke..did you honestly think seller protection would protect you...they only protect the buyers...and I am ebay and paypal's bread and butter they will not mess with me"

unfortunately, this is the problem with paypal and why a lot of sellers don't take paypal anymore. i'm not sure if there's anything that can be done.

i don't sell expensive stuff online anymore...i sell all of it in person via craigslist, etc.

I sold him a Seadweller about a year ago... Communication was bad, and he was a slow pay. With that being said he did pay and no problems with the shipment to him. It was time4preston and the persons name was Brad Wenzel. Regards

Look us up and do your homework.
We are frequently in the national media for our sales promotions and results.
We were the ones that auctioned the Popes Papal Cross & Ring and the ones that had the snow promotion in Asheville, NC where we gave back over $300,000 in sales money because it snowed the designated amount.
We are a brick and mortar store.
Perrys Emporium Wilmington NC
Ask for David if you have any questions regarding our transactions with him.
I can only state my experiences, not the experiences of other companies, but will be happy to discuss them with you.

I must say that I have never met Brad in person, only through phone and internet transactions, but his wire transfers always come through the same or next day.

I for one am not questioning if you are legit. I think you have a store, but I think you were put up to this.. Again it's my opinion only. You have 8 posts since you joined TRF and 5 are about this topic, and your join date was a few days ago. I also think the rest that I named before were put up to this also. Again it's my opinion only, but it looks sketchy. Did Brad contact you, and ask you to post? Just curious..
