One has to go..

Recent acquisition of the Hulk, and the fact that in the middle of COVID I don’t think I need so many nice watches, one has to go...

I’m thinking the AP elephant? I bought it thinking I’d never get the Hulk... Its too expensive to be a daily, yet too sporty to go with a suit.

Leather AP would be gone for me. Not the most attractive watch in my opinion

The TT Sub is a thing of beauty - I'd never sell mine.

I'd go with the AP, as suggested by the OP :)

That’s not the same watch OP has.....he has the old model. I’d sell it out of all those

As an aside I've really gotten into five digit two-tone Subs & GMTs recently. So much value to be had there.

Of all the threads to choose from, you'd say that on this one? If the OP retains the Hulk, the TT Sub, the AP panda chrono and the gold ALS I'd say that's a more varied collection than most - wouldn't you?

AP elephant is one of the nicest APs out there imho. 42mm, open back, waffle dial. It’s lovely.

If it were me, I’d move the TT sub. Second would be the ROC. I’d move the ROC before the elephant

The ROC is another I've been lucky enough to own, and I'd have to disagree with you. Far more versatile the the Elephant, and a beautiful watch in it's own right.

Leather AP, I just think those pre-ceramic TT subs are so cool. Truly iconic.

Keep them all
If you must try without one-send the gold ALS my way and I'll take care of it for a while
If you are serious-the leather strapped piece is my least favourite of some extremely nice pieces.

AP design has never sing anything "design wise" to me. I would let them go.

If one has to go, you’ve chosen the right one, IMO, as the ROC bracelet is a thing of beauty.

Tough decision...I think your collection offers a lot of variety. Maybe the ROO is the one to go, maybe the Sub. Which one still gives you a warm fuzzy feeling?

I’d ditch the elephant and the pre ceramic TT sub and get a GMT 2 root beer to complement the hulk and add the gmt function to create a nice balanced collection. Covered all your basis then

Two tone sub can take a hike. I personally can't stand two tone oyster bracelets.

I'd part with the TT Sub, get a Blusey, and Get rid of one of the AP's.

I'd sell all but the Lagne (maybe keep green sub, but they bug me) and get a non AP chrono.
