Very quick question re left handed submariner

Hi there,

I have a submariner 114060, I’m also left handed and wear on my right wrist. Unfortunately the crown digs into my arm somewhat. I prefer to wear my watches snug and don’t like them rattling around- so loosening doesn’t really appeal.

My question is: can the dial be flipped 180 degrees in the case to wear as a left handed watch?

Or, as I kind of suspect from Rolex, are the dial fixings deliberately placed to prevent this, ie not symmetrical!

Thanks so much in advance!
